Career summary

Built from within, not advised from outside.

For nearly two decades, I held senior leadership roles within one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies — building and running a global business applications function that grew from a five-person team to an organisation of over 50 people, responsible for more than 30 enterprise-critical systems across 130+ sites in 30 countries.

The work spanned ERP implementation and governance (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Priority), Manufacturing Execution Systems (Werum PAS-X), supply chain planning, serialisation, identity governance, and multi-year transformation programmes — all within a GxP-regulated, operationally critical environment where failure carries regulatory and commercial consequence.

I have managed multi-million dollar budgets, led teams across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, and delivered transformation at a scale that most technology executives encounter only once in a career. I now apply that experience to organisations that want to do it right the first time.

Open to senior leadership roles — CIO, VP IT, VP Operations, IT Director — in Israel, the United States and Europe.

Periodically available for senior leadership engagements and executive roles globally.

What I bring

The capabilities that define the work.

Business-first technology leadership

Technology exists to serve the business. Every decision I make starts with the operational outcome and works backwards to the technical solution.

Regulated environment expertise

Deep experience in GxP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 environments. Compliance built into how programmes are designed and governed, not added at the end.

Change management at scale

Managed technology adoption for thousands of users across dozens of countries, including teams with significant resistance to change. The technical go-live is the beginning, not the end.

Programme governance and delivery

Structured, accountable programme governance with clear ownership, defined escalation paths, and executive-level reporting that reflects the real position.

Global team leadership

Built and led diverse, geographically distributed teams across the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Experienced in managing through cultural difference, time zones, and organisational complexity.

IT/OT and systems integration

Deep experience connecting enterprise business systems with operational technology environments in manufacturing — from MES to ERP, floor to management.
